What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a
powerful tool that can be used to change habits ,
negative personality traits, physical inhibition,

been used to aid creativity, learning,

technology it was found that a certain combination of
alpha and theta harmonics caused the most suggestible
hypnotic state
